Qi Gong is a moving meditation practice designed to build, cultivate and direct qi (life force energy) for self-healing, vitality, mental focus and spiritual awareness. The movements are simple to learn, the emphasis is experiencing qi.
Adolf has his unique form, “Seven Styles of Qi”, which combines elements of Ba Gua Zhang, Xingyi quan, Tai Chi quan and Qi Gong into a simple, but deeply profound internal energy movement system.
The focus of the form is to explore the movement of qi through the fascia planes of the body. Fascia is the ground substance of the energy body. Through opening the fascia we will learn to move energy (qi) through our body in different ways.
Adolf developed his system of qi gong after as a way of self-healing from a severe arthritic condition.
